The property consists of a main house and a guest house. Please do not go through guest house to access the main house, it is occupied. Upon entering the main house, there is an office to the right with a desk, chair, and pull-down full-size futon. The spacious living area connects to the office and kitchen in a welcoming open-floor plan. The kitchen window looks out onto a beautifully decorated and designed deck with a firepit, table and chairs below, and a lawn for playing corn hole or other activities. You can even see the bay after the morning fog clears. There are two bedrooms, a smaller queen size bed and a larger king bedroom with a dresser. Both have large closets for storing luggage and other items. The two bedrooms share a bathroom in the hallway.
There is street parking in front of the house, but there is also driveway on the north side of the house that extends to the guest house (no access). There is enough space for two cars, possibly a third if they are small enough!
